RebekahWestphal, originally from England, completed her BA in Music and EnglishLiterature from Bennington College, and has an MA in Musicology from McGillUniversity. Rebekah was on the faculty at The Music School of the RhodeIsland Philharmonic and performed professionally with vocal ensembles acrossthe US before she joined Yale’s Office of Undergraduate Admissions in 2005. She was the Director of International Admissions for Yale College (withparticular emphasis on Africa and Europe) and lectures regularly around theworld on issues surrounding international student recruitment and support.Rebekah serves on the Higher Education Advisory Committee for Cambridge InternationalExaminations and is a Freshman Advisor and Fellow in Berkeley College at Yale.
